We encounter many factors that have an undesirable effect on our skin throughout the day. Toxins, rays of the sun and many other irritants can harm the health of our skin. Skin products, however, can also have a negative effect, leaving us dry and damaged skin.

Other factors such as stress, poor diet or hormonal imbalance contribute to common skin problems. But don’t be afraid because there’s more than one natural way to address issues such as warts, blackheads, moles, and age spots. Below we listed some methods to help you put an end to these types of skin problems.

The first step in resolving the issue is to understand exactly what it is. Acne, commonly referred to as pimples, is the most common skin disease treated by doctors. But it’s not all the same acne. Acne can be classified as red bumps and blackheads or whiteheads. We are here to help you overcome this issue for the blackheads and whiteheads.

Blackheads are, in fact, a type of acne that forms when a pore is obstructed by oil or dead skin cells. Blackheads are not only gross, they can also be tricky to remove. Blackheads are usually filled with keratin, sebum and sloughed-off cells plugs and this gives the material the typical black color in the follicle due to a chemical reaction.

On the other hand, whiteheads are follicles filled with the same material as blackheads, but only have a microscopic opening to the skin surface. And since the air can not reach the follicle properly, because it is not oxidized, the material remains white.

Instead of the expensive strips that all they seem to do is dry the skin on the nose and irritate it more, we have an easy and super-effective trick to get rid of blackheads.

An effective DIY pack to clean blackheads!

Here is what you need:

  • Mint toothpaste.
  • Small bowl to mix.
  • Spoon to mix.
  • Some ice cubes.

Method:

Squish out in a mixing bowl about 2 tablespoons of toothpaste.

  • Pour 1 tablespoon of salt in the toothpaste and mix well to form a paste.
  • Wash your face and when it’s wet, apply this paste on the affected area like the chin and nose. Let it sit for around 5 to 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, gently massage the area.
  • Now thoroughly rinse your face. Finish up by rubbing ice cubes on your face. This will close the pores and prevent the entry of dirt.

Some Quick Tips:
