Home Remedy #1

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams of flour nutshell.
  • 1/2 liter of water.

Preparation:

In an aluminum container, add the water and flour nutshell and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. You will get a toothpaste-like mixture. For several minutes, twice a month, brush your teeth with this mixture.

Home Remedy #2

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of lime juice.
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seed.
  • 1/2 liter of water.

Preparation:

Place the ingredients in an aluminum container and cook for an hour at low heat. For 10 minutes, twice a month, brush your teeth. You won’t be susceptible to plaque or tartar this way.

Oil Pulling

Swishing oil in your mouth — usually coconut or olive oil — can make your teeth stronger, prevent tooth decay, soothe gums, and remove plaque. You swing in your mouth for 20 to 30 minutes around a tablespoon of coconut or olive oil to make an “oil pull” (much longer than you would swing around typical mouthwash). As it contains fatty acids such as lauric acid, a substance with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, coconut oil is believed to be particularly beneficial.

Baking Soda

According to a research, people who brushed their teeth with toothpaste containing baking soda had less plaque growing back over 24 hours than people who brushed their teeth with toothpaste without baking soda found that more plaque was removed. Baking soda is a natural and abrasive cleanser, which is why plaque removal is extremely effective.

Flossing

People often take their brushing very seriously, but then totally ignore the need for floss. Both are necessary for a routine of high quality and adequate dental care. While brushing is great to get tooth enamel on the surface, many debris and dirt are accumulated in the corners. And you simply can not reach those places with a regular brush.
