Yogurt diet

Before deciding whether to make a yogurt diet, you need to understand and think about what that means. For starters, it’s good to know that you can get rid of 5 pounds in 7 days. Sounds good, but more importantly, seven days is the maximum recommended by specialists, as such a yogurt diet can change the whole diet.

Yogurt Diet – What Is It?

Our yogurt diet is an express diet that consists of using this fantastic dairy product as a nutrient base for seven days. The idea is to lose excess weight by limiting your daily calorie intake. The yogurt diet is excellent for quick and healthy weight loss while eating to your liking (if you love yogurt, of course!).
Why Does Yogurt Help Weight Loss?

The diet

Recent studies of 380 women in the US and Canada show that those who consume less milk are more overweight. Although the cause and effect relationship has not yet been proven, the results are very plausible. It is believed that calcium helps to lose weight, and yogurt is very rich in calcium.

Yogurt also contains two specific bacteria that affect weight loss and the gastrointestinal balance (“Lactobacillus bulgaricus” and “Streptococcus thermophilus”). Yogurt is also a source of magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, vitamins A and B, folic acid, and pantothenic acid. This wealth provides the body with essential nutrients that are extremely useful.
Yogurt diet – duration

Although yogurt contains essential nutrients, it is not supplied with absolutely all the vitamins, trace elements, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates that the body needs on a daily and long-term basis. Therefore, it is advisable to follow this diet for only seven days, for a maximum of 8 days, and not to renew it regularly.
Yogurt diet – results

With the dramatic reduction in your daily calorie intake, you can expect to lose 5 pounds in 1 week. To achieve this, you need to consume a minimum of sugars and fat so that your body uses its reserves, thus eliminating cellulite. Of course, these results depend on a person’s overall physical condition and cannot be categorized as valid.

Yogurt Diet – Benefits?

Our yogurt diet allows you to use your imagination because you can add other products and substitute. But the main benefit of dieting is that you consume yogurt, which, as mentioned, is rich in valuable nutrients.
Diet with yogurt – disadvantages

Like any fast-paced diet, a yogurt regimen can produce a yo-yo effect at the end of a week of the diet. The amount of yogurt consumed is essential, and it can lead to some drawbacks. However, if the diet is well adhered to, it includes fiber, vitamins, and cereals and can be followed without restriction for seven days. Be sure to consult your doctor before starting any diet. Only he can tell you if there are risks to your health.
